Absolutely superb hotel to stay in! Free shuttle from the train station and ferry to Miyajima straight outside the hotel.

The price was brilliant...we had paid similar the past week in Japan for far less standards.
Modern hotel, direct on the sea, many restaurants. Nice view.
Es kommt extrem darauf an, welches Zimmer man bekommt. Wir hatten am Anfang ein so schlechtes Zimmer, das es kaum zu glauben war. Die Wände nur weiß, aber abgenutzt von Kofferspuren etc. Der Fernseher war sehr klein. Die Betten bretthart. Ich hatte noch nie so schmerzen beim liegen. Die vorhänge lichtdurchlässig. Ab 6:30 Uhr war es tag hell im Zimmer. Dazu dauerhafter Lärm. Wir waren im 4. Stock und im 3. Stock sind einige Services, vermutlich laufen dort Maschinen, die dröhnen die ganzen Nacht.
Nach zwei Nächten und mehreren Nachfragen haben wir dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Angeblich genau die gleichen Betten. Es war aber alles viel besser: Die Wände hatten Tapeten und teilweise Holzverkleidung. Ein großer TV und endlich Ruhe. Die Betten sahen gleich aus, waren aber weicher. Ich hatte keine schmerzen mehr und die Vorhänge haben dann Licht abgehalten. Dies war im 12. Stock.
Das Frühstück ist für westliche Bedürfnisse schlecht. Der Kaffee der schlechteste, den ich in Japan getrunken habe. Es gibt 2 Frühstücksrestaurants. Das eine bietet westliche Speisen, aber in Wirklichkeit ist 70% asiatisch. Trotzdem gibt es nicht einmal Sojamilch. Es ist schwer etwas zu normales zu finden, das schmeckt.
Das Gym kostet extra. 2100 Yen also ca. 13 EUR. Es sieht neu aus, aber ist klein und der Preis dafür viel zu hoch.
Es gibt einen gratis Shuttlebus zu Hiroshima Station das ist gut.
Es gibt einen Fähranleger nach Miyajima. Tickets sind teuer, trotzdem ist es absolut zu empfehlen.
Beautiful classy hotel with excellent amenities. Staff was friendly and very eager to help us enjoy Hiroshima and Japan. Despite being out of town it was right at the boat dock to adventure and easy bus access
From check in to check out the staff was pleasant, welcoming, and hospitable. Our room was super spacious with lots of room to move around in addition to a large shower, separate tub, with an additional area with sink mirror and stool. Beds were comfortable, however, my twin bed was softer and lower in the middle resulting in me always ending up in the middle. Top floors have restaurants with excellent views and slightly inflated prices for drinks. There is a sea wall surrounding most of the property that allows for a safe and tranquil stroll along the bay. The free shuttle to and from Hiroshima Station is beneficial and convenient as the hotel is located at the end of a small peninsula which means you need to walk at least 20 mins to get to the edge if the city, main streets, or trains.
We really enjoyed our two night stay with the room size being the biggest plus right along with the staff and their welcoming, helpful pleasant presence.
