Clean and spacious suite for family traveling with kids. Self-laundry in the room was a great help, we checked out with clean clothes and ready for next city. Great experience for staying in Namba!

Hotel was in a great location and had subway within 2 minute walk , staff were very efficient with every question we asked . Hotel was spotless and room was modern and spacious. Would come back and stay in the future .

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Namba, with Namba City and Namba Parks shopping malls literally just across the street. Whether you’re craving late-night snacks, shopping sprees, or easy train access, everything is at your doorstep. The room itself made the stay even better. It’s spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a separate bedroom and living area, giving you that cozy “home away from home” feel. Having a washing machine and cooking stove inside the unit was a game-changer—especially for longer stays. It really feels more like a stylish serviced apartment than a hotel! If you’re visiting Osaka and want comfort, convenience, and the ultimate Namba experience—Fraser Residence is the place to be. Can’t recommend it enough!
