This hotel went out of business.
I’m enjoying my stay at the Palace Hotel in Tachikawa. The room is lovely and comfortable. The hotel itself is aged. The hallway carpets are soiled and worn out. Here and there the wall paper is a bit damaged. That said this is a lovely place to stay. My room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s too bad that this hotel will close forever at the end of December.
전철역에서도 가깝고 하루이틀 지내기에 나쁘지않습니다.

So this is my second stay in a few months. The location is excellent!! Very close to the train station. Many restaurants and shops close by. Easy access to the monorail which I frequent a lot.
The rooms are very clean. You can tell the staff take pride in their work.
Yes the rooms and hotel are in need of some major upgrades but what can you expect from a hotel that has been in business for so long.
Now I usually get a very good deal so maybe the rooms I stay at are in need of upgrades. I do see other photos of other more expensive rooms that look better maybe even upgraded. I will probably never know because I will always choose the cheapest option when I travel.
So as the saying goes. You get what you pay for.
I’m going back to stay here because the staff are professional and the rooms are clean and decent. Plus you can’t beat the easy access to the train station.
