Excellent breakfast.

Clean room, staff was so nice, breakfast (not included) was delicious with tons of options, overall great stay! A bit of a walk from the main areas but we enjoyed walking along the canal and streets so didn’t mind it. Close to the train station and to the Guglie ferry stop (from the airport). Nice, quiet hotel. The hotel upgraded us for our honeymoon and included a bottle of champagne.

Highly recommended. Staying at the Carnival Palace Hotel in Venice was, quite simply, the most wonderful experience. I have traveled to many countries, but this stay was by far the most memorable and charming, perfectly capturing the essence of Venice. The location of the hotel offers an unparalleled mix of tranquility and convenience. What made traveling effortless was the fact that the water taxi stop (Taxi boat) was right outside the hotel. This made traveling to all the main sights incredibly convenient, saving so much time and hassle. I loved the surrounding area, which boasts some great restaurants nearby—perfect for a delicious evening out without traveling far. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a delightful start to each day. Most importantly, the staff were amazing! Their helpfulness and kindness truly elevated the entire stay, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our vacation.

Only good things to say about my stay at Carnival Palace! A month prior my stay. Just after my booking, the hotel made contact , providing me with all the information I would need, transfers from the airport, day trips, restaurants and so on… these communication kept on and was always, friendly, consistent and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with several boat stops at the door. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were lovely and spotless! The bed and pillows super comfortable, slept wonderfully during my stay! Breakfast was great, plentiful variety, coffee just perfect! The staff working at breakfast area, always greeted us with a big smile! At the reception, a big thank you to Eduard and Anthony, always so helpful! Loved my stay at Carnival Palace!
