We love Park Inn because this hotel situated very convenient place, just 1-2mins from Alexanderplatz Station which if you catch faster train such as RB8, only within 30 mins to the airport to the hotel. U2 train entrance is just next to it. This occasion we chose Standard City View room which has great view from our room toward the tower and Christmas Market under the hotel and opposite side of the station. Coffee pod machine in the room but you could request a kettle and teabags at the reception. The reception staffs were very friendly and very efficient. After checked out, the hotel offered us suitcase storage for €2 per luggage (stayed guest only). This is quite reasonable price than other luggage storage facilities near the station. Strongly recommended. We are very sure we’ll be back next time visiting Berlin for sure.

We paid for a superior room with a corner view and were very glad we did. The view of the TV tower and a large part of the city was very good but mared by the close proximity of a new tower block above the Kaufhof department store. The room was very clean and well laid out. With sufficient storage for our clothing. However the single beds with single quilts were a significant irritation! Particularly as the beds moved apart very easily! As for the items referred to as ‘pillows’ I can say that this is not the first time in Europe I have come across what I would describe as nothing more than a ‘ghost of a pillow!!’Fortunately, when asked, the Housekeeping team agreed to send 4 large pillows to the room. As for amenities, maybe being old and British colours my opinion but the Nespresso machine was a poor replacement from a simple kettle. The 2 pods of unknown contents and cups too big to fit under machine nozzle indicated the completed failure of the management to provide genuinely useable facilities. Outside of these issues and apart from the excessive wait for one of the 4 lifts to stop on your floor, the overall amenities operated very well for such a high volume of guests. The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the centre of Berlin and particularly at this time of year, multiple Christmas markets and shopping centres.

Ideal central location for shops, Xmas markets and transport.

Dålig städning och inga kaffekapslar till maskinen. OK gym.
