Staff was friendly. But the hotel is a little outdated. Pillows were comfortable. But the lighting in the restroom was too dim.

Latw check in as "the hotel was fu. ll last night and they havent caught up w laundry". Room bleak. Mattresses old and tired. No sheets or towels for grandson sleeping on pull out sofa. Arrived while we were at dinner. We had ti make up sofa. Shower took forever for water t turn warm.Then came out in a dribble

The staff was courteous. Out sofabed’s bed sheets were missing. You get what you pay for. It’s a convenient location to Monterey bay aquarium, and low budget.

We came into this new view from afar. We got into the hotel. We felt very unsafe and unsettling. random people walking around in the back of the hotel. The room had sliding glass doors where anybody can access them at anytime. We ended up leaving and not enjoying the stay going into 2 hours of just staying there. The housekeeping staffing was still cleaning our room which it was not ready at all.

The room felt neglected and unclean.

The bed was very comfy. Only issue was the bed frame bars are longer than the bed. I kept hitting them with my feet when I got up every time. Needs to be fixed. Also 9 am is very early to be knocking on the door to ask if we need service. Probably should wait till 10am or even call.
