No frill business hotel. Good for a night or two stay! Near shin Osaka station. . Room larger than expected

Good comfortable hotel. Stayed just one night as we had an early train out of Shin Osaka. Room was clean, quiet area. No problems :)

Very close to Shin Osaka train station. Good value for money and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good (Japanese style)

I will give my honest review.
This place is not the ritz so dont expect a high end product.
It seems like an old hotel that needs some updating. That said, the staff were great and helpful and also the location is spot on.
On this trip, I decided to hire a car and so you need parking. The hotel does have parking but you have to book it and if its full its full but there is a multistorey carpark right next ro it and also a ground level one diagonally opposite. Parking rate was 1800 yen for 24 hours which is what I needed. They also did hourly but cant remwmber what it was. Would have been reasonable I think. There are 2 Lawsons convenience stores both 3 mins from the hotel and a great restaurant next to one of the Lawsons that did great food sets for a great price. There is also a train station 3 mins feom the hotel although I never knew the name as I was driving.
Also within 3 minutss walk there is also a Bennys coin laundry which was very easy to use and very cheap. Detergents are done automatically by the machine and just made everything simple.
All in all if you dont mind a dated hotel its great.
If you are a non smoker, make sure you let the hotel know as they have smoking and non smoking rooms.
I accidently got a smoking room but just sucked it up like a man and just lived with it. Im sure they would have changed it if I asked
