客室は綺麗です。お風呂は狭く深い浴槽なので、年寄りが出るための取っ手がなく、でにくい。一番の不満は、ティッシュペーパーが、直ぐに無くなった。補充点検していないのが残念？

Getting a receipt showing the breakdown of each night stay seemed very difficult for the hotel to provide. I needed it for my work but they could only provide it after I’d checked out. As I was staying 8 nights my work required all receipts within 3 days which caused me some difficulty. I wouldn’t stay here again for a few reasons including the receipt issue, centrally controlled heating and noisey street traffic from my open window during the night.

I’ve stayed at this property many times. I love the rooftop outdoor onsen however due to the central heating being centrally controlled the room is too hot so I had to sleep with the window open. I couldn’t sleep at all due to traffic going past on a busy road. This aside my biggest disappointment is the lack of assistance with my baggage for the airport. The previous time I stayed the staff very reluctantly assisted and I vowed never to stay there again because of their attitude but over time my memory faded and I stated there again. This time when I checked in I noticed a Sagawa desk by the reception which was open 7-12 each day so I assumed due to the over tourism in Kyoto the hotel had introduced this service to remove the luggage burden from them, however when I went to use it I was told they don’t handle luggage for the airport and to see the reception. The reception said they don’t handle it and told me to go to the 7/11, the 7/11 told me to go to Lawson, Lawson told me to go to the Yamato office. Once I found the Yamato office there was a 45 minute line up of tourists all trying to send their bags to the airport. This all took about an hour to sort out while dragging two bags around. I won’t stay at this property again as other hotels still assist with luggage and I find this service very useful and have come to rely on it .

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading some of the reviews. The rooms are small but it was like a cabin on a cruise ship - tight and efficient. Plenty of room for one person. The Onsen was amazing and a great breakfast.
