Hotel met our basic needs as we only needed to stay one night due to a long layover in Geneva. Could not check in till 3pm due to full occupancy. The hotel does provide guests with a public transport card (?) that allows us to take the tram to the city centre, which was helpful. Directions provided by the hotel and staff were clear and very helpful too. Hotel was about a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest tram station. There is also a shuttle to the airport which was convenient.

We stayed for one night here after skiing so we could get to see Geneva. Our bus from the alps was going to the hotel which is really convenient to get to from the terminal either walking, by public bus or wait for their shuttle. Clean room, nice bed. Good places to put your suitcase to get things out. Breakfast an added bonus. About 15-18 mins by tram using the free travellers public transport pass. Hotel staff really helpful too.

I’m writing to report an unprofessional interaction with a receptionist during my recent visit. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked basic customer service standards. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect well on your establishment. Additional training is clearly needed to ensure guests are treated with respect.

Staff at the receptionist were really helpful and nice, just that we waited for a long time to get checked in. Super strategic location I would say with a bus stop and a tram stop nearby. Breakfast was standard. Room was quite clean.
