Very clean beds exceptionally comfortable staff very helpful.

Check in was not ideal. Smooth check in (1st Attempt), although once getting to the room it was not cleaned and a disaster everywhere. Decided to call front desk from the room, which was no help and asked us to call back in 10 minutes to look for a new room. No call back, so I head to the lobby. Which then had to explain again but it was a surprise to the lobby. Soo that wasn’t relayed. 2nd attempt, another quick smooth transaction. Go to the room, filled with about 7 people just staring at me in shock. While all this is happening, my family is waiting in the original dirty room. The housekeeper comes in and has an unfriendly encounter with my wife and kids, because the room isn’t ready. Lobby again shocked he gave me a room already occupied.. 3rd attempt was a breeze, new room no people and no feces still in the toilet. All in all. Still a decent hotel, had a nice stay and story to laugh about sitting at the fire.

Parking was easy to find

Rooms were dated, and although there was a notice that sheets wouldn’t be changed for three days (which was fine), the room was not serviced at all which left us with no clean towels. The pool area/entrance was dirty, there were no pool towels available,l either and the change room showers had no hot water. TV does not stream like it says it does. Language barrier with 3 staff members when we were trying to find out where we could buy/get some water on the premisis for the room.

Parking was tight, and we needed to park on the street the second night. Disappointed that the hit tub was closed in the second night as well. After a day of skiing the hot tub was what we were looking forward to. Room were clean and room service was quick.
