The hotel was incredibly safe, clean, and quiet—exactly what I needed as a solo female traveler. The staff was fantastic: warm, helpful, and always attentive. I purchased the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was amazing with so many delicious options to choose from. I also tried the buffet dinner; it was decent, though not quite as impressive as the breakfast. I treated myself to a massage during my stay as well, and it was wonderfully relaxing. One of my favorite parts was the location. The street right outside the hotel has great nightlife and plenty to explore, and I felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend Park Plaza Beijing and would absolutely stay here again!

Nos recibieron con un osito que estuve paseando por todo China porque fue nuestro primer destino :) La habitación era muy amplia, pagamos un poco más por un upgrade que nos ofrecieron en recepción solo que por alguna razón no logramos calentarla y estuvo siempre muy fría. Pedimos una cobija extra y nos la llevaron inmediatamente. El personal muy amable, el servicio de lavandería muy conveniente y excelente ubicación. Las opciones de desayuno no tan variadas pero cumplen para ser gratuito. Nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí

Fantastic clean & friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious & comfortable with all you need. Great location, literally next to the subway Dengshi Kou making it very easy to get around. Good breakfast choice catering for both Eastern & Western. Concierge helpful with taxis etc. Only slight snag is the aircon in the room was set to 24°C heating, It was so hot & unable to change the settings. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a great view of the hutongs nearby. We were tickled by the option to order the kind of pillows we desired. The location is amazing. We would love to go back!
