They won’t pick you up from the airport, their phone number doesn’t work, they don’t reply to messages, the bathroom was not clean, the charge you 7 CHF for a small bottle of water that is meant to be free (according to what they advertised, free bottles of water) and when you refuse to pay they tell you to drink water from the bathroom and the staff laughed -the evening / overnight staff are very rude, the window blinds don’t close properly so others outside can potentially see you. The place is just horrible. I won’t be staying here again. The worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I’m a frequent traveller, stay somewhere else if you peace, cleanliness, good value for your money and respect. This is not a 1/2 star hotel, good as it is close to the airport drive wise 10-15 mins, public transport 30mins. That’s about it.

Nice and clean hotel, good location, only 5 minutes to tram. Good breakfast, and you can order from menu at the table and is included in breakfast too. Free transport to and from hotel, but you need to make a reservation back to the airport.

Quick note; the hotel was good! ( not great ) for expectations of what we would have thought of Switzerland To be fair we just wanted one near the airport. - gym was small :/ - rooms was alright, good for executives I assume - not much facilities to use But staff was amazing, kind and helpful - truly appreciated their service

Large spacious rooms. Spotless. Great friendly staff
