Room is clean. The location is convenient, close to bus stop and shopping center.

Hotel located in Central are so accessible but outside I felt more and more people smoke and you will be second hand smoker. Lift requires key card and sometime confuse if want to go 2nd floor to 6. Check in via kisok is smooth but do not expect staff assistance or reception. Inside hotel rooms are clean but Sofa bed they do not install additional layer so not comfortable. Breakfast option limited overall good for transportation, cost and required no staff support. Breakfast menu can be improved and install central water filling station for travellers carry own water bottles to save environment.

The room is spacious but a bit old and not very clean, hair found in bathroom, floor and pillow. Not enough sockets and lighting. Receptionists are nice and allow early check-in. However the hair and body wash provided by the hotel were all leaked out from the bottle, making us did not have enough to use. When I called and reported the issue to the staff at night, they just said they had refilled the wash before we moved in and not willing to come to check the problem. I reflected the issue to the receptionist in the next day and the problem was finally solved.
