Had an issue with no hot water but manager handled situation professionally. Good location easy to get to from train station. Room on the smaller side but appreciated how quiet stay was.

I love staying at the hotel Bristol in Zürich. It’s close to the main train station and museum. You can jump on trams too. It’s next to a lovely pastry and sandwich shop for breakfast and lunch. And the staff are exceptional. I can’t wait to come back again.
