Great stay! The room was huge, comfortable, and very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. They always reminded us to be careful of the step at the lobby, which showed how attentive and caring they are. The service and hospitality were excellent. Really appreciated the wonderful experience. Will definitely be back again soon! 😊

We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary at Hotel Lisboa, and it truly became an unforgettable trip in Macau! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. A very special thank you to Customer Service Manager 蔡静儀 for going above and beyond to make our celebration so meaningful. Despite the busy festival season, she thoughtfully arranged special touches that made our anniversary extra memorable. Every detail was beautifully prepared, and we were deeply touched by the effort and sincerity. We sincerely appreciate all the special arrangements from the bottom of our hearts. She is truly a gem to Hotel Lisboa! Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication reflect the high standard of hospitality the hotel represents. Also not forgetting Jasper that has provided us with special attention to ensure that all our transportation are well arrange with clear instructions.
