Excelente servicio de Mathew en el front desk. En general todo el personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. El cuarto muy cómodo, silencioso, limpio y la cama deliciosa. Y está muy muy bien ubicado.

Room: thermostat wouldn’t work well either too hot or too cold, my safe box was weirdly designed that it locked me out I had someone to come help. Parking: I had vip valets where there’s none, so I parked at a self parking but I got a warning that I was not a registered guest. French restaurant: food was horrible, my hollandais sauce was cold and smoked salmon was not fresh and cassoulet was too salty. Front desk: check-in was too slow their CC machine wasn’t working had to run it for 4 times. Only thing I would give good rating was the housekeeper she was really attentive and friendly and this was a beautiful building although my corner room, I couldn’t open the drapes because looking right next to neighbors

Hotel De Soleil exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were beautifully elegant, and the Christmas ambiance made our stay especially warm and enjoyable. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast—included along with parking—was outstanding in both quality and variety. I visit Vancouver twice a year, and in my 20 years of traveling there, this has without a doubt been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Five stars and beyond.

The hotel was great! Will definitely book again. And major shout out to Katie who was our floor attendant. Katie was awesome! Super attentive to our needs and overall very friendly.
