El hotel está en excelentes condiciones y la atención del personal es muy buena. Un gran lugar para hospedarse.

Always a great stay at a great location, but the staff are next level! Whatever you all are doing, don’t change a thing, because there’s a great vibe throughout the hotel and it’s truly palpable. We will happily come back and advise any friends, travelling to the island, to do the same. Thank you all sincerely. J&L

Great service

You walk into a beautiful hotel but the rooms are VERY dated. Shower head was awful, lighting was very yellow & dark. One of our lights flickered on & off for minutes before it finally stayed on. Not the hotel I thought we were going to be staying at based off of the pictures.

My wife and I had booked 2suites 1 for her mom the other for us When I booked I made notes that it was a special 90 th Birthday for my wife’s mother And maybe a acknowledgment in rm would been a nice jester…but nothing at all :( We choose Victoria from Vancouver because it was close and a little weekend getaway It would have been nice if the management would have even offered a cup of tea you know what I mean …not everyone bless to be on this planet for so many years My wife and I we travelled on special life moments we always been acknowledged in kindness I mention to the host at the restaurant About her not having any hotel greetings for her birthday any acknowledgment He did offer a coupon for ice cream sorbet …lol she’s a diebetic lol well thanks for the option …ok Im not one too carry on ! That day has passed and I know this place need to step up in personal touches and greetings especially when you book and let them know ahead I hope when and if I turn 90 I will be acknowledged..even on a tv screen of the chosen hotel
