I have got an upgrade to the 29th floor with the most perfect view of the Niagara Falls. The staffs are very friendly especially Monica. Only the day when I checked in the beds are not really nice made up. It loks like the housekeeping made the beds in a rush. Breakfasts are very nice. The location is very central. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but water is cold every time getting a shower water temperature is cold we already complained about for them.even they didn’t put water bottle in the room you should buy yourself so I’m not impressed that much for the service.

Dirty floors, Items left from previous attendance. Toilet was running all night kept us up

High taxes not shared in the original booking, noisy heater, no sleepers, no toothpaste, falls view in the room different from the advertisement, bad sound insulation could hear room next door, dirty chair and table in the restaraunt(sticky surface), long wait at restaraunt witb nobody to seat us. But the location was good close to the falls and bus. station.
