After being greeted so warmly by gate security, the tone was set for service excellence by the Constance Ephelia team. We stayed in a Jnr suite, which was well presented and large, with a beach/sea facing view. Room cleaning staff were excellent, twice a day the room was seen too. There are 5 restaurants on the resort, all very nice delivering great food, and various types to keep everyone happy, and themed evenings to give additional variety, we went half board, which was perfect, full board given the amazing food would have left us in a food coma each day. There are also multiple bards for afternoon or evening drinks, with evenings offering live music. There are 2 main beaches, north and south, each offering water sports, the south beach is quieter and our preference, however the tide effects watersports here as its shallow. When I booked, I contacted the hotel and they arranged transport to and from the airport. Special mention to Crispin on reception, who went above and beyond on assisting me.

Overall this is a gorgeous hotel and definitely honeymoon worthy. My main complaint is how difficult it is to book the restaurants - we only stayed 3 days and arrived and there was NO availability. They managed to squeeze us in early and late 2 nights, but why not have enough availability for all guests? It’s a shame it’s not adults only - there are very few kids, mainly babies, and it’s awkward for everyone when there’s one baby at breakfast crying in amongst all the couples. It’s fantastic having two beaches. The food was great, the layout of the buffet could be more spacious (and what’s with the neon lights?!) and the coffee is awful. Better coffee, free bikes for everyone, better availability of the restaurants and adults only would be 10/10.

Ihana paikka, poikkeuksellisen ystävällinen henkilökunta. Vaikka alue on suuri kuljetus alueen sisällä toimii. Täällä on paljon tekemistä hyvä gym, tenniskentät, vaellusmahdollisuus ja tietenkin upeat rannat.

We spent brilliant 10-night vacation at Constance Ephelia and would fully recommend it!

Tolles und riesiges Resort mit vielen Buchten und schönen, weißen Sand-Stränden. Essen- und Frühstücks-Buffet phänomenal. Zimmer perfekt.
