큐브 호텔 푸동

มีรถรับส่งสนามบิน และ disneyland โดยต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ซึ่งสะดวกสบายมาก อาหารเช้าดี ราคาดี แต่โรงแรมอาจจะเก่าหน่อย

최악의 호텔입니다 냉장고는 안되고 드라이기가 콘센트에 들어가지도 않아 사용불가..직원들 태도도 너무 불친절합니다 공항근처라는것뿐.. 가지마십시오

Have stayed in different hotel in the many different months of my visit in Shanghai. Walked past this hotel (the Qube Pudong) last time ,told myself ,will try out my next stay. Anyway had an layover this time for one night only. Hotel location good near metro station 4 stops away to Pudong international airport. Good value , hotel lobby is huge n feel luxurious,with free coffee n tea ,including free gestures of fruits n amenities. That's a kudos of the hotel. Room was outdated but huge . Condition of wallpaper is terrible . ( Probably cause it's one night ,a random room was selected,I guess). but other than comfort is good . Anyway won't be in room most of the time. Lift / room corridors need to enhance of freshness .if not the stench is very strong. Anyway my main concern was the Reception was unfriendly n felt unwelcome upon check in /check out . But biggest impact was, upon check out , a lady name kitty has an attitude to guest is not a good sight to represent hotel front desk. Sadly the hotel is huge n comfortable but the detailed attention from the front desk is one star and a big Zero, but wouldnt say for all staff, Overall 2 front desk has given bad vibes already. If this is not rectify asap , huge impression on the behalf of the Qube hotel Pudong ,will be impact .

Good Location close to Metro Station

Hotel ambience is fantastic and all staff are helpful and excellent. Room is very spacious. The best thing is the hotel is located near Disneyland and Pudong airport, also there’s a lot of restaurants beside it even late night restaurants are open.
