客房整體清潔良好。只是在8號的清潔欠完美，厠所沖身地面和地壇仍遺留了頭髮，這方面請留意。其中一張床上的圓柱靠墊被員工放在地上，這方面不能接受。房間毛巾比較舊，或許是環保原因，尚可接受。

The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a 5 star rated hotel, the standard rooms were small, with very little space for unpacked clothes. One needs to live out of a suitcase. The bathroom drain control was loose - and was a challenge to use. A nicer shower curtain would be an improvement, rather the sheet of plastic used.

Great pool area, clean and comfortable room. We were lucky enough to get a brilliant view over the pool, river and city! Staff keen to look after you, we left the do not disturb sign on the door as we didnt feel we needed room cleaning but were asked 3 times if we were sure!

Room was okay. Smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Probably the only hotel in Asia that does not have a health faucet next to the toilet. Coffee shop staff rude & condescending. Front desk staff unhelpful and discourteous. Even something as simple as wanting change - they flatly say we don’t keep any .. which is bizarre for a hotel. Concierge team is excellent - the other staff should learn manners from them.

I booked my stay based on the hotel having a large pool with big cushions on the loungers. I was disappointed to discover they have not had them for a long time. The chairs were designed to have cushions. The pool had a lot of chipped and broken tiles. The room was ok but nothing special. Not a great 5 star hotel
