For the price point its an absolute deal. Its next to a train station and tram, theres a chemist and convenience store next door to reception, park right across the street. BY FAR the best shower I've had in a hotel; water pressure and heat was fantastic. Beats the Hilton and all the resort hotels I've worked at. The pillows were also the best I've ever had, they weren't flat and deflated after 2 mins of laying on them. Good support and extra long size which was really nice. Very surprised, as I usually need to being my own from home to have a decent sleep. We got a comp upgrade to a beautiful park view, which I would definitely book next time I stay. The floor with the pool and gym did have a bad smell next to the elevator, but the facilities were fine. Very minor scuffs on side tables. Expected for a hotel if this tier and price, nothing was broken. 100% recommend going, especially for the price point.

Room was clean and had everything we needed for a nights stay. Close to transport and shop next door. Staff were friendly.

Our balcony was larger and suited us better. Our views were picturesque the kitchen was well equipped we were thrilled with our room. The greetings are fabulous and friendly all of the time
