Staff wonderful hotel very convenient for Powell Street station

Everything was very lovely. It’s SF so you are right downtown. However, the games and some of the lobby furniture condition was subpar. No sand in the shuffleboard and the soccer balls for the soccer plinko we’re all deflated. Half of the furniture in the lobby was in poor condition, including the upstairs lounging area.

Good size room and nice showroom products. There was no coffee machine in the room so I asked reception and they provided one, however, the cups were not cleaned the next day nor the pods replaced. By the bar, they have pool table and games, which is a nice touch. They do not really provide breakfast in the hotel, but they do have free coffee and you can buy some pastries at the bar in the morning. It is conveniently located near the Powell Barts station.
