I’m quite confused and disappointed with this booking. The room was listed for 3 people, so I expected that all 3 guests would be included in the price. However, upon arrival, I was charged an additional fee for the third person. The reason given was for an “extra bed,” but the room already has two double beds, which should be more than sufficient for three guests. Adding another bed is unnecessary and not even practical due to limited space. The policy was not clearly explained during booking, and this feels misleading. If there is an extra charge for the third guest, it should be clearly stated upfront. The manager also mentioned that this situation happens quite often and has occurred multiple times before. If that is the case, I strongly believe the policy should be revised and clearly updated to avoid repeated misunderstandings for future guests. If I had known about this unclear policy and additional charge in advance, I would have chosen to book another hotel instead. I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding this charge.
