Excellent stay at this hotel, staffs were friendly, housekeeping 小玉 4280 took care of our needs during our stay there offering extra bottles of drinks knowing we have a toddler with us.

What a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—within walking distance of the IT mall and the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you step in. Everything is spotlessly clean, and our room was incredibly spacious with a spectacular view. It was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The little details really made a difference. I loved that charging cables were thoughtfully provided by the bedside, which was such a convenient touch. Our room rate also included breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper, which was excellent value. The highlight was having supper delivered by a cute robot—it definitely brought a smile to our faces! The self-service laundry facilities on the 31st floor were another bonus, especially for longer stays. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, great value, and an excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
