Lulu, staff 4261 is very helpful when we left our room card in our room and cannot enter. When we met her nearby our room, she politely ask us for our passport to verify with the hotel record that our names matched before she use the master key to open the door for us. We are so tired after a whole day shopping and did not have the hassle to go down to reception to ask for help. Thanks to her prompt, courteous and her security check.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with free laundry facilities at level 31. The hotel location was great. Located just above Huaqiang Station. There are also many eateries located at the station underpass. Would like to give a shoutout to the staffs of the hotel especially Daphne Du.. who’s extremely helpful in helping us sort out our parcel delivery issue.

Best location, near mtr, stores, food. Special shout out to our cleaning lady 4409 or 4009. So helpful and friendly! Had a good rest after a long day of strolling and sightseeing.

this is the best hotel . Everything was good . From the staffs and room. There is a laundromatt and they even provide the detergent and space to sit and have a chat while waiting for your laundry. The service is good

I stayed in the hotel many years ago before covid and I was surprised by the condition of the room . They upkeep the room very well. Staffs are all very courteous and willing to help. Special thanks to Aunty Wu Ping Ping (staff 44091) who tidied our room and gave us extra water when we asked for it as i need extra to take my medicine. The room was always clean and tidy. The wifi is bit slow but its ok I turned on my own data . The staff at the reception were helpful and always ensuring guests are comfortable. We will be coming back to stay in this hotel again as its easy to get around and buy all our electronics , shopping, plenty of eateries. Recommended
