The hotel could not have been more perfect for a long lay over stay at Shanghai Pudong Airport. Very easy to find. The bed was very comfortable.

Very short walking distance from T2 arrival. Extreme convenient for travellers who arrive late or require to depart very early the next day.

Literally between PVG T1 and T2, (take the airport hotel lift up one floor from the indoor walkway), I was so glad I booked this hotel after a 13hr flight. Even though my mobile didn’t work, I still found it with ease. The hotel staff were very helpful and made my check-in seamless when I was obviously very tired. WiFi worked well, bed was comfortable and plenty of drinking water was provided. What’s not to love?

Ideal for airport layover as within terminals. Did not investigate beyond lobby and room so cannot comment on food options etc. Had large comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels, spacious shower and toiletries and toothbrush provided. Small kettle and tea bags - no coffee, milk or sugar though. Staff not very friendly - may have just been language barrier. Booked 1 room for 3 people - was just one extra large bed (me and 2 daughters so manageable for one night) but check the details of your booking!
