26.03.29We booked a large 120 m² apartment, but upon arrival we were given a much smaller unit of around 70 m². This was very disappointing, especially since we specifically chose this property for the larger space.
We raised the issue and requested to be moved to the correct apartment, but the staff refused to help. They also insisted that the unit we received was the largest available, which we know is not true as we have stayed at this property before and are familiar with the room types.
Overall, the experience felt misleading and the lack of honesty and support from the staff made the stay frustrating. I would not recommend this place if you are expecting to receive the room you actually booked.
