The seaview from the hotel is awesome! The hotel staff very friendly. The pool is nice and right by the sea.

Good value hotel for budget travellers. Reception staff and restaurant staff could be friendlier. Hotel food was terrible, do not recommend eating here at all. Ordered pepperoni pizza and chips - who would have thought this would be so bad, it all came cold. We also ordered seafood tacos, we didn’t even finish one each as it tasted off and stomach didn’t feel good after and we didn’t want food poisoning. Bad food and staff still expected to be tipped well. We was laughed at when we selected the min amount for tip considering barely of the food was even eaten.

It looks nice but it's dirty. We asked to have the room cleaned again and even then we found more dirty things. First there was a lot of hair and fur where you put the soap. The sheets were dirty and then we asked to change them and clean the bathroom but half of the hair was still there. And when we noticed later the floor of the room was dirty, there's no doubt that it wasn't cleaned.

I stayed at Real Inn Cancun and had a disappointing experience with receptionist "ESTEFANY". After entering our room, we found ants swarming our snacks. A hole in the wall seemed to be where the ants were coming from. I called the reception, but ESTEFANY didn’t ask for our room number and hung up without clarifying anything. After waiting 20 minutes, I called again, and only then did she ask for our room number. When a staff member finally came, he was helpful and acknowledged that the ants were not our fault. He promised to send new trash bags and plastic bags, but no one returned. When I asked ESTEFANY in person about the delay, she rudely implied the ants were our fault because we left caramel out. This felt unfair since even if we had ordered room service, the ants would have appeared due to the hole in the wall. Her attitude was unprofessional and lacked any apology or empathy. A simple apology could have made a huge difference, but instead, her rudeness left a lasting negative impression. 음식에 개미가 꼬인 호텔 리셉션에 있는 ESTEFANY라는 여자의 응대가 매우 불쾌했음. 리셉션에 전화를 걸었을 때 ESTEFANY 는 방 번호를 묻지도 않고 대충 전화를 끊었음. 20분 동안 아무도 오지 않아서 다시 전화를 걸었고, 그제야 방 번호를 물어봤었음. 그 전엔 못 알아들었는데 그냥 알겠다고 한 것으로 느껴졌음. 직접 리셉션에 가서 ESTEFANY에게 물어보니 마치 내가 카라멜을 두어서 개미가 생긴 것처럼 말했음. 벽에 구멍이 있었기 때문에 룸서비스를 시켰어도 개미가 꼬였을 텐데, 모든 잘못을 나에게 돌리는 태도가 매우 불쾌했으며 사과 한마디 없이 무례한 태도를 보임. 방을 바꿔줬는데 끝까지 사과하지 않고, 방 바꿔줬으니 됐지? 하고 쳐다보질 않나, 내가 무례하다고 직접 말하니 주변 직원과 내 앞에서 갑자기 대화를 시작하지 않나. 여러모로 추천하지 않음.
