Great location and friendly staff

The hotel was fantastic! Great amenities, friendly staff, and close by to the metro to see the sights!

Clean and spacious

We had a very good stay at the Botanique Hotel Prague, which is a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel in a highly convenient location. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and well maintained. The coffee machine in the room was a really nice touch, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of brut left for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself feels modern and well designed, and despite being near major transport links, it was calm and relaxing inside. One of the biggest positives is the excellent transport connections — tram, bus, and metro links are all just moments away, making it incredibly easy to get around Prague. There were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. On our first night, the fire alarm was accidentally set off around 6am, which briefly disrupted sleep and was unfortunate, especially early in the stay. At breakfast, while the selection was generally good, vegetarian sausages were not available, which would have been a welcome addition. Finally, while the hotel itself feels safe and well run, the immediate area outside (near the train station) did have some less-than-desirable characters hanging around at various times of day and night. This didn’t affect our stay inside the hotel, but it’s worth being aware of. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent comfort, cleanliness, and transport links, and we would happily stay again — particularly for a short city break where convenience and modern fa
