Great room. Very large. Great location. Great staff. Really enjoyed it

Room was clean. Helpful and polite staff.

The hotel is in a good location and close to everything. The hotel is in a cute little alley off Soi 11. Soi 11.1.

Manager went into my room after I checked in, in the middle of the afternoon while I was out, and took pictures of the room and my personal effects. Yes, I know, unbelievable right. Imagine how I felt when he whipped out his phone and started showing me pictures of my personal effects in the room. His justification was that he assumed I was smoking in there and he said he had proof, which was a picture of a pack of cigarettes laid on the desk. He showed me pictures of everything of mine in the room including the clothes in my suitcase. I WAS FLOORED! Then he threatened to call the police if I didn't pay a 5000 baht fine for smoking. LOL I know right! I still cant believe it myself. I left the hotel. Main office refused to answer any of my request for answers to his conduct.
