Tout était parfait, très joli hôtel

El hotel , no es centrico, pero hay estacion del metro cerca. La limpieza del cuarto, hasta muy tarde. pero buen mantenimiento. viaje con adulto mayor, y no hay habitaciones sin tina, solo un baño en piso 5 tiene plato de ducha.

We had a great stay at the Panorama Hotel. The service was great and the breakfast was excellent.

In general, the hotel was very nice and attractive. The food was really good and the cocktails were nice as well. Nonetheless, there were a few things that were not nice completely. One of them is that the hotel is smoke free, outside of the hotel have signs that says so, but you also can see at least 2 or 3 different people smoking right in front of the door (I'm not exaggerating, one step away from the door, a few times I had to say, "excuse me" for the person to move), which for someone with asthma is not very convenient and nobody from the hotel said anything. Another thing it was the pillows, I couldn't sleep properly all the 5 days, the size of the beds are fantastic but the pillows are horrible. And the last thing it was how slow they were in serving food, it took a while to get served. The food was very good is the amount of time that took in arriving. Probably all those things you don't notice them when you stay for one or two days but after that you start paying attention.

Tolle Lage, 200 Meter von Ubahn/ Einkaufzenter.Wellness, Sauna und Pool war auch toll. Früschtück, grosse auswahl!
