The customer service was excellent.

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, sin embargo se siente sucio, tienen una zona de fumar en el primer piso muy cerca del elevador, esto hace que el elevador y parte del hotel todo el tiempo huela a cigarro, me tocó ver un chicle en la alfombra del elevador. La ubicación es excepcional, el personal amable, pero la propiedad se siente sucia y esto disminuye la satisfacción del cliente.

Staff was good. But we left something behind and tried to msg the hotel but they didn’t reply. I asked Expedia to get a hold of them and they told Expedia that we didn’t leave anything. Also the room wasn’t that clean, hair left over from the last guests and something red on the wall. Good location but not for that price.
