Hotel location is superb. For what we paid for the room it is fantastic value. Definitely would return. The only grievance I have is that this hotel is marketed as a 5 star. In my opinion, it is no where near that calibre. A very good 3 or average 4 star absolutely, the price I felt reflected a hotel of this range of rating. Oddly if the hotel had been rated this I would have been more pleased with my stay, but with the 5 star I was expecting grand things which was not the case. Bed was super comfy, room clean and modern. Service was average, no real enthusiasm though it must be said, bit flat atmosphere at times. Cleaner on 5th floor this past week was very kind and welcoming in corridor. Breakfast needs serious work in my opinion, water scrambled eggs and mushrooms, processed low quality sausages, pancakes that have went chewy from sitting out too long. Not ideal to be honest, could be improved greatly. Would return to this hotel at the price we paid for sure again, just not for breakfast.

Incredibly friendly staff, nice room with comfortable beds, great location. Appreciated option for breakfast buffet at reasonable price but food was always Luke warm regardless of if we were there when it opened or two hours into breakfast buffet service.

The breakfast served cold food. We are late and early but the bacons, fried egg etc was always cold. The food overall didnt feel like 5* as we was used too. The personal was 10/10. Super friendly, polite, well manner and top of the top!! I only wishes that they would have made something for my birthday. Even 3* hotels usually gives balloons or a small cake or anything since we decided to celebrate and book this hotel on my birthday. I even announced ahead that it was my birthday. So it was a little dissapointed, expected a little more regarding that. The rooms were clean! The shower handle was loose but worked, however the bathtub vent didnt work only shower head. I thought the hotel would have somewhat of fine dining. But there was no restaurant, just like evenings snacks and pizza.
