Room was a little on the smaller side. However main subway station was only 3 minute walk away. Direct subway and bus to many of the main attractions. As a traveler I prefer convenience first. Kyoto is smaller and does not have the complex subway system to places like Tokyo and Osaka. Having these nearby was a life saver.

Very nice staff. Clean room. They had a dining area which is perfect to make some ramen after a long day. Great place to stay!

地下鉄や嵐電のそば、バス停もあり、交通の便がよい。日中は日本人、夜は海外のスタッフ。部屋は狭め。連泊で毎日水のペットボトルは置いてあった。ベッドメイクは毎日されていなかった。寝衣の交換も毎日はなし。ドアの裏に埃がけっこうあった。施設自体は綺麗。

Overall, a great value at this location! My room was spacious, on a high floor, with many nice amenities included. Bottom floor has a very convenient cafeteria space. I do wish they cleaned the heater unit or bathroom fan as it was blowing dust around. The other issue was that either soundproofing was not good or some guests were very inconsiderate. I could hear conversations in the hallway that were sometimes yelled across at 3am. I could also hear the upstairs guest slamming their bathroom door. But all of the staff, front desk and cleaning were top-notch which is why I’m giving them 5 stars. Thank you!
