When I got here I was going through a mental health crisis they didnt know! But there training and professional showed they was kind helpful !and no more how i wanted excuses they didn’t give me any I had a reason to live ! Thanks guys you saved my life I will always come back there

Check in, and check out were super easy, staff was great. We had no issue and I recently hear some great news about you guys so from now on, no matter how icy it gets I'll always be staying at a Hilton ❤️ thank you for being decent humans! We need more business like you!

Staff was courteous, welcoming and friendly. Great interaction with the staff while in the lobby. When I left a bag behind, the staff assisted me quickly and professionally to get my bag shipped back to Indianapolis.

Staff was courteous, welcoming, and hospitable. Most of all, accommodating. We felt like home even though it was our first time in Philadelphia. Beds were extremely comfortable. Views from the hotel room were awesome. Location was perfect for what we were there to do - Go Birds.
