There is no staff working on site. You basically check in through a camera and it was really confusing and complicated.

Stranger can knock my door and try to get in

We were never able to check in. They use a video doorbell in their empty lobby. I rang the doorbell numerous times, no one answered or came to the lobby so we left.

It lacks staff supporting. Including checking in was done with remote agent and no one was physically present at the front desk. The pool is closed but they still show it in images. Overall the pictures are quite misleading.

Room and Staff Rooms had a bad smell and the doors are right on the main road. And Staff is arrogant and incompetent. They have some virtual system to make easier checkin but surprisingly it is very time consuming i had to wait around an hr just to get the keys. And whenever you come to the front desk there is no person to help you. You have to wait Atleast 15-20 minutes every time to solve small issues. The only good thing is location restaurants and stores are at walkable distance.

No actual staff at 6pm. Only a person through a tv screen. Check-in was difficult. Had to ask for an employee to help who was just standing there. I also needed help with the shower, the screen lady said she'd call my room and send maintenance. She never did. Key stopped working the 2nd night so had to go through the screen lady again.
