Great location, staff, and clean. Would’ve given a 5 all the way across, only issue is they did not have much parking. Lot was sold out by the time I checked in.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews, but it did not meet my expectations. Parking was very limited, and our room had a strong, suffocating smell that may be uncomfortable for those sensitive to scents. We were also disappointed with the free breakfast—there wasn’t enough food left, and items were not refilled. That said, the front desk officer was very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, I may not book here again.

I had a good stay at Hotel Garrett recently. Ive seen numerous complaints about location, lack of aircons and noise and none of these were issues for me. My room was clean, comfortable and I did have an aircon. The location is not that bad - yes there are some homeless in the overall area but it was fine around the hotel and the 24*7 security is reassuring. The breakfast were a nice perk and the staff are brilliant. Its a good value place to stay and the rooms are well kept, clean and comfortable which is really what its about.

It is a cheap solution if you don t care about the location. But definitely not an area where you can freely walk at night. I did not know myself, staff was nice though
