My stay was wonderful.
I loved everything about my stay! However, I will say I am traveling by myself and if there are two of you, you'll have to like each other a lot! The rooms are small but spotless, and I love the tech amenities. The pool area on the roof and the bar on the second floor were awesome. Tons of restaurants in the neighborhood. Two very minor issues: the shower only got to just warm enough at the highest setting and there were no drinking cups in the room. I had to go down to the second floor to get one. I also would have loved a coffee maker in the room but it wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Management,
We stayed at your hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately our experience ended on a very disappointing note. Due to a scheduling situation, we did not realize we were past the checkout time. We were approached by a supervisor who insisted that we either leave the room immediately or pay an additional $66, which we agreed to without hesitation.
However, since we were in the process of packing and also had another appointment, we explained that we would make the payment when we handed over the room so that we would only need to go downstairs once. Shockingly, the supervisor refused and demanded that we go pay immediately. She then stated that if we did not, we would be removed from the hotel and that she would call the police on us.
This was extremely surprising and unacceptable, especially after spending over $1,000 on our stay and being fully willing to pay the additional amount. We do not believe we deserved to be treated this way. For the first time in all our years using Expedia, we felt treated with disrespect.
We have not only cancelled the remaining 5 days of our reservation, but we will also be escalating this situation to the appropriate authorities and sharing our experience.
We hope management takes this incident seriously, as no guest deserves to experience such behavior.
