Exceedingly accommodating staff. I flew in from Toronto and Giorgia at check-in kindly arranged for me to have my room ahead of schedule, which made a huge difference after traveling. The team was incredibly prompt with delivering towels, water, and anything else I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. Highly recommended.

They have beautiful rooms and interiors. But I’ll be honest the customer service/hospitality is below par. There’s only ever 1 receptionist working at the desk while 1 person is floating. Whether there’s a long queue or just one guest waiting, you’ll be forced to wait over 10 minutes because they don’t multitask. They don’t acknowledge you until you bother them. They take long to answer the phone. I was calling for room service for 3 hrs and no one picked up during my first stay. It was my birthday and they just ruined it. No adapters. The staff didn’t even tell me that I could pay for a portable power bank. After all my devices had died. The staff are nice, but they don’t have a sense of urgency. People have been travelling, we are tired. The tv is appalling. The first room I had, had two tvs. The one in the bedroom didn’t work, it said no signal. So I couldn’t watch tv in bed. The tv during my second stay (3 days later) wasn’t working at all, so I had to switch rooms. I had to switch rooms 3 times and I had the worst migraine because I hadn’t slept in 2 days. I just wanted to watch tv while I ate my food and sleep. The reception was not helpful and wasn't picking up the phone. If you’re going to change someone’s room you need to make sure it’s what I paid for. I was put in a smaller room than I paid. I had to go down to the reception just for them to take me seriously. The last room I had to settle for STILL didn’t have the tv working properly. It had static.
