Stayed here for 2 nights and would give 10/10 for service. Special thanks to the breakfast crew, Loan, and the receptionists Ana and Jessica for their warm and friendly welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food options. The only downside was the toilet bowl in the room, which was difficult to flush each time we used it. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Their superior double room is great for 1 or 2 people. Spacious, great snd clean bathroom and they have strong wifi. The hotel is also near fruit stands and great restaurants. They also have an outstanding breakfast. They have many options for omelette, pancakes, soup, fruits, breads and more. Since its in an alley, its quite at night you cannot hear any cars or motorcycles. Best hotel in Hanoi so far. I would definitely recommend it.

Conveniently located in a quiet street in the old quarter. Twin bedrooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is 5 star and both staff and service are outstanding. I would highly recommend this place
