Parking lot was unmonitored and full. People at 2am who were not staying at the hotel were driving up and down looking for parking spaces. I am handicapped and had to park at another hotel several blocks away and walk every day of my stay.

I will never stay at this place again. Our room wasn't vacuumed, for some reason there was pine needles all over the floor in that room and we found sunflower seeds on the floor as well I was so grossed out by the way the rug looked I didn't even want to walk barefooted on it. The sink get backing up and the hot water faucet handle kept falling off we had high hopes for this place but left very disappointed. The hotel staff was not that helpful

They accommodated after I was placed on floor 7th with loud unruly guess. They met all my needs in assured that I would have a pleasant stay. After assigning another room on floor 8th the pleasant stay was accomplishes. Very Nice Hotel!! I would most definitely book here again.

The rooms are nice, but the breakfast is terrible, and we paid $45 for parking. Since there was no other parking spot nearby, we had to park there. 10 minutes from the airport and no shuttle service.

Overall I had a nice stay, the room was less clean than what I am used to. The water after I took a shower didn’t go away, the lamp didn’t work, and the hairdryer only blew cold air. Granted I wasn’t in the room as much, it really was a place to just rest and sleep. The staff was very friendly and I felt safe parking my car there, and there were times I got back late and I still felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler
