Two adults, one teen, loved staying here!! Super quiet at night for sleeping, very comfortable beds and blankets, and excellent Onsen. The owner was so friendly and accommodating! Our Japanese breakfast was absolutely amazing quality. There is a large space downstairs for social gatherings, making this is great location for families, groups, backpackers, skiers, etc. The bus is super easy to take to/from Shiga Kogen, and the town has some amazing restaurants that can’t be missed. 10/10 definitely recommend this hotel for personality, comfort, and staff friendliness.

Beautiful, tranquil clean and good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good size room but 6 panels on sliding doors ripped. Wallpaper starting to peel in places. Rooms needs some TLC.
