All good

The A/C was not working properly, and was difficult to figure out (we usually have no problem at other motels/hotels). The rooms are very small and the angles/layout are awkward -- hard to reach the towels on the rack, over the sink next to the toilet, there was not much room to maneuver around the table and chairs, the closet was tight to squeeze our bags into. Also, it would be great to have a freezer in the room's refrigerator -- although the staff were very nice and let us put our ice packs in their freezer. The room also smelled strongly of what we can only assume is bug spray, based on the many other reviews. The bed was not comfortable at all. The best thing about this place was the location, which is very convenient to major roads and near a few local restaurants.

We’ve been to many Best westerns before and we were very disappointed with our stay in Wickenburg at this best Western. First thing we walked to the room, and there was smell like bug spray. Then we walked into the bathroom and the shower has a wet rug in the bathroom for some reason. The TV was impossible to operate and the shades didn’t work. Needless to say, we will not be spending a night there again.
