Our thanks to the Ms TATIANA, the breakfast greeter, is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Thumbs up for PATRICIA(room-attendant).The room was so crisp ,wrinkle-free bed linens without any creases. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place

Room was ideal and staff at room very good food in restaurant was one big con ordered for fish had to wait over one hour and when came the fish was just one very small piece of fish with on over thing on plate waited so much time that we gave up for anything else. It was New Year’s Eve and waiter in restaurant was so helpful that he went to desk to book us in at restaurant for New Year’s Eve and desk came up with no you can not do that. Hotel is in great place and room ideal but as for bar only open until 6pm . Would never go again

Great stay at Hotel Royal Continental. Beautiful property in a quieter area, away from Naples’ chaotic traffic, yet close enough to easily access the main tours and attractions. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
