직원들 모두 친절하시고 짐보관이 되어 좋았습니다. 일단 위치가 정말 좋았고요, 나가면 걸어서 어디든 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 피렌체에 대해 찾아보지 않고 그냥 가서 몰랐는데 이 호텔 루프탑이 유명한 바더라고요! 두오모 성당 보이는 뷰가 진짜 최고입니다...👍 늦게까지 바에 있다가 바로 방으로 들어올 수 있어서 좋았습니다 :)

The location is fantastic however theres the downside that came along with it. Starting from 5 am it becomes very loud to the point that it’s impossible to sleep even with a good earplugs. Theres trucks going around, since they are starting the day for the business or cleaning the city itself. For the hotel itself, the bed and the bedsheets were so smelly that I was constantly spraying my perfume on it. The cleaning service comes daily to clean the room but still, the bedsheets stinks. With that much money I paid for the hotel, I could have booked a better hotel still in the center but with a better facilities. But the staff were very kind and friendly.
