Hotel um pouco afastado do centro (mais ou menos 15 minutos de caminhada), mas com a comodidade de possuir estacionamento. Atendimento excelente, especialmente na recepção, com colaboradores muito gentis e atenciosos. Quartos de bom tamanho, renovados e confortáveis.

Truly one of the best hotel experience we’ve had! Excellent service, especially Sara who took such good care of us. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a variety of things to eat and delicious juices. Very clean and stylish room. Highly recommend!

So I will say I was very impressed with this hotel for the price. And we were given a room upgrade which was nice. However I do not entirely love the staff. I thought they were dull and not very welcoming. Not an entirely big deal however I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable walking in and out of the hotel bc I don’t want to be met with nasty looks. They had absolutely no personality and looked pretty miserable if I’m being honest. As someone who travels multiple times a year I don’t think I’ve encountered such miserable hotel staff. Idk if it’s bc they’re from the north of Italy so this is why they were like this. As an American who speaks pretty fluent Italian they still insisted on speaking to me in english. But besides that it was great. Property was super nice.
