Everything was great

The hotel is very clean and at a great location despite the fact that all public transportation modes in front of the hotel are under construction (metro station and bus stop in front are temporarily suspended from service). 10 mins walk to the next nearest metro station. We didnt have any amenities in one of the rooms (I booked two rooms). I called the reception a few times but was hang up with no call back. During our stay, the internet didn’t work during night time. Overall, it was a great stay.

Good hotel, very clean

Quadruple room it is very small

I splurged on the last part of my trip but was so disappointed that the water was not working on day 1. I couldn’t shower, brush my teeth and I had a cold so I really wanted a hot shower. The hotel offered no compensation- not even a breakfast or discount for the inconvenience. The water in the shower leaked all over the floor, the sealant was not working . The bed was comfortable, it was a nice spacious room. I had called room service to pick up the dirty dishes. No one ever came so I had to call again hours later and just placed it in the hallway. The gym was nice. No one looked up or said hello when I entered the lobby each time. The almonds on the mini bar tasted rancid. I wouldn’t stay here again though the room and gym were nice, I had higher expectations for the price.
