Amazing, Amazing Staff!

Room was great, lock in bathroom door would have been appreciated. Toddler pool great but could be improved with a slide or working water fountain. Kids club seemed only open at night. Many exclusions in the all inclusion rate - should be included like coffees at breakfast, drinks at the pool at 11am and ice cream.

The all-inclusive package is just credits on over-rated food prices. We had to pay 700$ at the checkout. The rooms are clean but old. Great AC! Clearly, people from lundry can’t follow instructions. Gave them two brand new t-shirts and they came back like they’re used for months!!! That’s a big concern with laundry. Staff are friendly and respectful.

Upon arrival after check in, the security guard thought we were outsiders, we just asked where the restaurants were as per advice on check in and made to feel unwelcome like we sneaking into the resort. Waiting forever to be served drinks as no one always at the bar. All inclusive is not as inclusive as it states. I've been to Fiji many times but got food poisoning or gastro while there for only 3 days. My daughter vomited on the dining table and no one came to disinfectant it. Was just wiped down with papertowel. The lagoon Terrace for buffet had terrible and old food, it was the same each day. Which is where I think we got sick. Most bar staff not friendly and when asked for a drink looked inconvenienced by the request. Very expensive and not worth the $1000 a night to stay. Also the resort is so big you spend half the day walking backwards and forwards to change into appropriate dining wear. I will never go back. Worst experience ever
