全てのサービスが完璧でした！ 部屋もとても清潔で広く、バスタブもあるため、リラックスして過ごすことができました！ 朝食は大変美味しかったです！完璧！！

閑静な場所にあるホテルです。夜歩いてても全然怖くありません。スタッフは全員優しく、丁寧でした。チェックイン時には地図を用いて観光名所を教えてくださったり、サービスはとても良いです。朝食は利用していませんが、朝早くからやっているイメージです。 部屋には、ウェルカムスイーツがあったり、とても温かいサービスで感動しました。 部屋も綺麗でシャワーの温度、水圧は問題ありませんでしたが、滞在中、1日だけシャワーのお湯が出なかったことがありました。笑 朝早く気づいたので受付に電話したところ「たまにあるんです。原因を調べて必要であればお部屋に伺いますね」とのことでした。結局ホテル全てでお湯が出なかったらしく、その日の夕方ごろには復旧していました！迅速な対応でしたよ！ またニースに来ることがあれば利用したいですし、友人にもおすすめしたいホテルです！

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und überaus freundlich und professionell. Das Hotel ist super gelegen und mit dem Tram gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und modern und es hat alles was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Gut zu fuss erreichbar ist das Stadtzentrum und das Meer.

The Hotel was a very cute and lovely 4 star boutique hotel. Very well prepared and presented for their guests and the staff were excellent. I stayed in Very comfortable superior room with a large king comfortable bed for a solo traveller and the bathroom was very good, with an excellent good shower. The staff working over my 3 day stay were Excellent, very hospitable and helpful and I felt very welcome during my trip. One of the receptionists in particular was amazing, giving me very good advice about the area of Nice area and South of France in general. Including some nice places to add to my itinerary. She also gave me some very good tips on where to eat some good French cuisine and seafood. Her name is Stacey and her customer care and service was magnificent from check in to check out! I definitely would return to this hotel .
