The room was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable. Staff was more than accommodating. The only problem we encountered, was that the bathroom had no heat, so after a nice warm shower, the bathroom was cool.

Checking into our room was fantastic as the reception was warm and courteous. Cheryl was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure the 2 rooms that I reserved were close to each other. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was the checking out process as I had to wait for over 10 minutes to find the women by the kitchen gossiping with the dining staff when she should've been at the front desk. She apologized when I found her but, she should have been sitting in the front as that is a very important role.
